Terms of Use

These Terms are an agreement between you and Empire Network LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By registering for the workshop, buying the Remote Cleaning Business Launch Kit, or using this website, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Registering for the workshop is free. It is a live educational session hosted by Cody Melton about building a cleaning business that runs on hired crews.

Your registration reserves a seat. It does not guarantee admission if capacity is reached, and we may change the date, time, format, or content of the workshop, or cancel it, with reasonable notice by email or text. Live sessions may be recorded, and a replay may or may not be offered.

The Remote Cleaning Business Launch Kit is a digital product sold as a one-time payment of $27. It is not a subscription and does not renew.

Payments are processed securely by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full card number. You agree to provide accurate payment and contact information and confirm you are authorized to use the payment method.

After purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own business. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Everything we offer is for educational and informational purposes. It is not legal, tax, financial, or business advice, and we are not a substitute for your own professional advisors.

Results vary. Examples, stories, and numbers shared on this site or in the workshop, including results from our own business and from students, are not typical and are not a promise or guarantee of income. Your results depend on many factors, including your effort, experience, capital, local market, and the decisions you make. You are solely responsible for your business decisions.

The website, workshop, videos, documents, templates, and all other content are owned by Empire Network LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws.

• Do not copy, resell, share, publish, or distribute our content or your access to it.
• Do not record, screen-capture, or re-broadcast the live workshop or any replay without our written permission.
• Do not use our name, likeness, or branding without our written permission.

You agree not to:

• Provide false information or register on behalf of someone else without their consent.
• Interfere with or attempt to disrupt the site, the workshop, or other attendees.
• Use automated tools to scrape, overload, or probe the site.
• Use the site for anything unlawful or harmful.

We may remove access to the workshop or the site if you break these rules.

When you register you may receive workshop reminders, logistics, and related marketing by email and text message from Empire Network LLC. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of any purchase. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

The site relies on third-party providers, such as payment processing, video hosting, calendar, and communications tools. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

The site, workshop, and products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Empire Network LLC and Cody Melton will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the site, workshop, or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, which for the free workshop is zero.

You agree to defend and hold harmless Empire Network LLC, Cody Melton, and our team from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site or our content.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Empire Network LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and try to resolve the issue informally for at least 30 days. Any dispute that cannot be resolved will be handled in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
