Privacy Policy

Last updated October 5, 2026

Empire Network LLC respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you register for the free live workshop or buy from us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

We collect information in three ways.

  • Information you give us: your name, email address, and mobile phone number when you register for the workshop, plus billing details you enter at checkout (processed by Stripe, not stored by us).
  • Information collected automatically: your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring site, and the date and time of your visit.
  • Marketing and attribution data: UTM parameters in the link you used (such as utm_source and utm_campaign), ad click identifiers (such as fbclid and gclid), and cookies set by our advertising and analytics tools.

2. How we use your information

  • To register you for the workshop and send your access link, calendar invite, and reminders.
  • To process payments and deliver purchases.
  • To contact you by email and text about the workshop, related offers, and customer support.
  • To measure and improve our website, content, and advertising.
  • To prevent fraud, enforce our Terms, and comply with the law.

3. Text message (SMS) program

By giving us your mobile number and submitting the registration form, you agree to receive text messages from Empire Network LLC about the workshop and related marketing. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with the service providers that help us send messages on our behalf.

4. Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as needed:

  • Payment processing: Stripe processes your card details and payments.
  • Customer relationship and messaging tools: such as GoHighLevel, which stores your contact details and sends email and text messages.
  • Advertising and analytics: such as Meta (Facebook) and our tracking and analytics tools, which use cookies and similar technologies to measure results and show relevant ads.
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers that run the website.
  • Authorities or advisors, where required by law or to protect our rights.

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Cookies and tracking technologies

We and our partners use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to remember your preferences, understand how the site is used, and measure and improve advertising. This includes the Meta Pixel, which may collect cookie identifiers such as _fbp and _fbc, and information about the pages you view and actions you take (for example, registering or purchasing).

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage ad personalization in your Meta account settings. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the site work.

6. How long we keep information

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the workshop and products, run our business, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see Your choices).

7. Your choices and rights

  • Texts: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts.
  • Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any email.
  • Access, correction, and deletion: email us to see, update, or delete the personal information we hold about you.
  • Residents of some states, including California, may have additional rights, such as knowing what categories of information we collect and opting out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising. We honor valid requests, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

To make a request, email support@example.com. We may need to verify your identity first.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections and processing payments through a PCI-compliant provider. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

Our site and workshop are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Links to other sites

The site may link to third-party sites and services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, so please review their policies.
